Sara Carlson is a Partner and Executive within the IBM Consulting Global Digital Commerce Practice. With over 30 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, corporate executive, technologist, practice lead and consultant, she brings a unique perspective on leading customers through major digital transformation projects. Currently she focuses on Digital Commerce Transformation and Reinvention in Automotive, Cloud, and Manufacturing IOT programs. She leverages Design Thinking for new business model and customer experience designs, Agile methods for development, and specializes in enabling the transformations with the latest cloud, commerce, subscription, social, mobile and analytics technologies from IBM, SAP, and Zuora.
