Dr. Mich Kabay
Dr. Mich Kabay, PhD, CISSP, taught statistics & programming for the Canadian International Development Agency, and was a programmer on a compiler for 4GL. He then joined HP as an HP3000 Systems Engineer. Mich was Director of Education for the National Computer Security Association, and a columnist for Computerworld & Network World. Mich was responsible for the International Conferences on Information Warfare in 1993 & 1995. Mich helped the (ISC)^2 create the CISSP exam in 1996. Mich was Program Director of, and created, the Master of Science in Information Assurance at Norwich University. Dr. Kabay has published 1300+ articles on computer operations and security, and has served as a professional technical editor for decades. Mich was Technical Editor of the 4th, 5th and 6th editions of Computer Security Handbook from Wiley. Dr. Kabay has lectured on information security at NATO HQ, NATO COINTEL, US Army War College, and the Pentagon. Dr. Kabay has taught in the UK, Germany, Japan, China, and Canada. Dr. Kabay has been a member of the Information Systems Security Association Hall of Fame since 2004.
