Vi Nedd-Jackman an International #1 Best Selling Author, certified nutritionist and health coach who helps women over 40 to feel fueled, fab and fit. Before starting her business “wellness by design,” Vi spent more than ten years in health care preparing specialized patient meals and later as a community health educator helping people who struggled to keep their vital numbers under control.
