Jeremy Kroll is Co-CEO and Deputy Board Chair of K2 Integrity. With more than two decades of investigative and leadership experience, Jeremy has led K2 Integrity through its growth into an internationally recognized firm with six offices across the United States and Europe since co-founding the firm in 2009 with Jules Kroll. Jeremy helps executives and business owners to further their business objectives and serves a trusted advisor and complex problem solver to business owners, boards of directors, C-suite executives, investment and asset managers, and high-profile and high-net worth individuals. He advises clients on risk management as they pursue strategic investments, including cross-border acquisitions and multinational investments, and helps them to navigate the changing physical and cybersecurity landscape in a way that embraces technological change while minimizing strategic risk.
