Deliece Knights-Barnett
With over 10 years’ experience in the HR field across multiple countries, Deliece Knights-Barnett brings a breadth of knowledge and understanding to the DEI&B space. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Deliece started her career in HR Administration and Recruitment and quickly advanced into becoming a key business and people leader after the completion of her MBA where she graduated beta gamma sigma. Her career has been built on core HR fundamentals with a focus on global HR-Operational roles within mid-size organizations. This global expertise and multi-cultural background has enabled her to approach DEI&B work with an additional degree of sensitivity and nuance that is often difficult to establish organically in roles of this nature. Deliece also spent a significant part of her career as a professional dancer (classical ballet, modern and Trinidadian folk) and choreographer. Several of her pieces have been showcased and workshopped around the world.
