Dr. Khaled El Emam
Dr. Khaled El Emam is the Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Replica Analytics, an Aetion company. He is a Canada Research Chair in Medical AI and a Professor in the School of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Ottawa. He is also a senior scientist at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) Research Institute and Director of the multi-disciplinary Electronic Health Information Laboratory (http://www.ehealthinformation.ca/), conducting applied research on data synthesis, and the identifiability of health information and how to measure it. Khaled founded or co-founded several companies involved with data management, data analytics, and privacy enhancing technologies, and most recently Replica Analytics (https://www.replica-analytics.com/home).
