Jordan Murphy
Jordan R. Murphy, PhD, RN, is a nurse scientist who specializes in behavioral health and trauma-informed care. She received her undergraduate and graduate education from Spelman College and Emory University. Dr. Murphy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Interrelational Science and Pediatrics, LLC, and the Executive Director of its non-profit arm, Girassol Wellness, Inc. Through her work, Dr. Murphy supports individuals, families, and professionals in expanding resilience through wellness and clinical interventions and collaborates with organizations nationally to provide workforce development, training, and consultation. In private practice, she provides mental health support for violence prevention professionals and treatment for the youngest survivors of gun violence. Dr. Murphy is a Senior Community Resiliency Model trainer and resides in Atlanta, GA.
