Tammie Sykes is the co-owner and Global Marketing Officer at Dion Michaels, a skincare line for men of all skin types and ethnicities. For Tammie and co-owner Simone Randle, friends since college, serving the skincare needs of all men is such a strong part of the company's founding that their mantra is #Oneforall. When they met in college, Tammie and Simone both suffered from skincare issues that affected their confidence. After starting on a journey to find a skincare solution that worked for themselves, the natural next step was to create a skincare line to address issues for men, an underserved market. They are on a mission to create a “Glow Revolution” culture shift that says skincare for men should no longer be an afterthought.
