Kathy Caldwell
Kathy Caldwell is an accomplished CPG executive with deep experience in Sales, Retail, Operations, and P&L Management. She is currently the Head US Sales & Trade Management for Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare division and leads a team of approximately 130 employees across the US. She has had a highly successful career and has been recognized twice by Progressive Grocer as one of its Top Women in Grocery in 2014 and 2018. Prior to joining Sanofi, Kathy had a long-standing career at Acosta, where she rose through the organizational ranks to become part of their executive leadership team. At Acosta, she provided best-in-class services for more than 50 CPG companies and led the company’s largest retail continuity sales force. Kathy also spent several years working as Sales Team Leader at Colgate-Palmolive. From a personal perspective, Kathy is passionate about advancing women in business and helped establish national relationships with the Network of Executive Women at both Sanofi and Acosta. She is also an avid animal lover and is a board member of the Jacksonville Humane Society.
