Tara Schultz
Tara is a Category Management Team Leader with Kimberly-Clark working on the Walmart Team. Four years ago, her mother fell and broke her hip, which led to mobility issues and anesthesia-triggered dementia. Tara suddenly found her a “caregiver” and felt completely unprepared, overwhelmed and alone; she was having to make decisions that impacted the life, and potentially the quality of life, of her mother. As Tara was navigating this journey, she knew that she wanted to help make this process easier for others, so she joined one of Kimberly-Clark’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) called the Family Caregiver Network; this ERG strives to support, advocate, and educate K-C’s caregiving employees. Tara recently took over as Chairman for North America with the goal of driving ERG awareness and the availability of resources.
