Marsha Clark
Marsha Clark is an executive coach and independent consultant who founded her own company in 2000. Marsha's passion is supporting women in their personal and professional development. She has gained international acclaim for her programs that enable women to explore, discover and optimize their potential. In 2021 Marsha received SMU Women’s Symposium Profiles in Leadership Award and was voted an Honoree of Women in Business by the Dallas Business Journal. She received the Accenture Plaque of Appreciation in 2013-2018. In 2015 she received the EY Culture Coin for the program she created for women that supported their culture of diversity and inclusion. Marsha received the DFW Alliance of Technology & Women Inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014 and the Champion of Diversity award from UT- Dallas. Marsha was Nominee for Women in Technology International Hall of Fame, 1999 and Dallas Women’s Foundation Circle of Honor, 1998. She has an MS in Organization Development from American University and was a Vice President for EDS. Marsha co-authored Choose and authored Embracing Your Power: A Woman’s Path to Authentic Leadership & Meaningful Relationships. Marsha supports non-profits with pro-bono consulting, volunteering, and financial support.
