Jennifer Willcox
Jennifer has spent the majority of her professional career in higher education, working at both Indiana University Purdue UniversityIndianapolis and Saint Louis University as a financial aid counselor. She was responsible for processing financial aid applications, appeals, and verification, and awarding financial aid. She spent a decade working for Bank One and JP Morgan Chase promoting and educating college students and financial aid professionals in the Southeast on federal and private student loans. She most recently served as the associate director of financial aid for Albany Medical College, providing financial aid counseling for graduate and professional students, reviewing applications, awarding aid, processing appeals, and offering financial literacy and student loan repayment strategies. She holds a bachelor of arts in communication studies from Indiana University Purdue UniversityIndianapolis.
