Arlethia Brown, MBA, CPFM
Senior Director of School Nutrition, Camden City School District, NJ Ms. Brown is a Camden native, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Strayer University – Camden, and her MBA from Strayer University. She has served as the Senior Director of School Nutrition for the Camden City School District for seven years. She is a Certified Professional Food Manager, and serves over 25,000 meals per week. She directs a staff of fifty dedicated child nutrition staff, and is working to implement edible school gardens at numerous schools in her District. During the pandemic, she and her team fed students and their families, and has ensured that locally grown food items are served in school regularly. Ms. Brown has partnered with numerous programs to benefit Camden students, including Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program, Child and Adult Care Food Program, Farm to School, and Summer Food Service Program.
