Troy Rackley
Troy Rackley graduated from Ohio University in Industrial Engineering and received his MBA in Australia. He served 20 years with Nestle, Coke, Pepsi,Campbell's Soup, and Sherwin Williams. In 2008, he began his entrepreneurial journey by starting his own company The Next Level of Performance, LLC, beginning with Executive Coaching and Consulting Services for Manufacturing Operations. Through a series of consulting projects, he re-engineered a unique 'green' water technology that evolved into his initial business venture. NLP Aqua Solutions was launched, aligning with his passion for helping people. The Next Level of Performance, LLC has expanded its water restoration technologies to solve the critical issues in healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality, and residential customers. NLP Aqua Solutions is a global business with successful projects in Canada, Amsterdam, Sweden, Europe, and across the USA. In 2020, Troy launched Restoveva in response to the global pandemic, with the mission to “protect all from the air they breathe to the surfaces they touch." Troy lived in Australia for 7 years and has dual citizenship. Having a love for football, he achieved a full scholarship to play in college. Troy is passionate to work with clients and organizations to lead a wave of innovation that safeguards all living beings, the planet and advances sustainable hygiene solutions through our most precious resources of water and air.
