Catherine Paykin
Catherine Paykin, MSSW, is a lifelong New Yorker who recently retired after a long career in social work. She is married to Agustin Alonso, has an orange tabby cat named Henry and a sister and brother. Picnics, philosophy, tai chi, writing, reading and calligraphy are favorite pastimes. Laughter, good food, plenty of exercise along with socializing with friends and family are most important to her well-being.
