John Livingstone
John Livingstone is a Research Fellow at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. His research focuses on the impact of large private tech companies on corporate governance, securities regulation, and investor relations. He has spoken before the Council of Institutional Investors and his work has been cited before the Ninth Circuit and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is also a lifelong suffering Philadelphia Eagles fan and divides his time between Northern California and Delaware.
