Evie Jeang JD
Evie Jeang was born in Taiwan, and she moved to the United States at the age of 12. Her parents divorced when she was young, and she was raised by her grandparents. She attended UCLA. Jeang studied law and was determined to make partner at the law firm she worked at. Career-driven, she knew she wanted a child but didn’t want to get married. She froze her eggs in her twenties, and later had her son, Evan, via surrogate in 2014. She found out she had a tumor the size of a grapefruit in her Uterus during the egg retrieval after she had decided to have a child via surrogate. Evie is a lifelong supporter and advocate for women empowerment. She believes in equal rights and opportunities for women. She has her own podcast, Evie Unbounded, dedicated to enlightenment, spirituality, work-life balance, women equality and empowerment and much more. Prior to founding Ideal Legal Group, Ms. Jeang was an attorney with Armstrong & Sigel, serving industry leaders such as Southwest Airlines, Costco Wholesale, LAUSD, Laidlaw Transit, Adelphia Communications, Goodwill Industries and American Medical Response. She was also a senior associate at State Compensation Insurance Fund, as well as County Counsel for Los Angeles County Child Support Service.
