Swarnima Chouhan
Swarnima Chouhan is a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects Group. She has managed/advised on the planning, procurement, finance, and delivery of various infrastructure projects across a variety of industry sectors including waste/wastewater, transit/transportation, real estate, and urban development. She has helped clients manage their projects effectively throughout the P3 lifecycle from feasibility study to transaction advisory to operational reviews and project management. Swarnima has worked extensively in the waste management sector globally to develop integrated waste management solutions, processes, and circular economy strategies for her clients. Swarnima has advised on EPR regime (one of the Circular Economy tool and solution for the Climate Change challenge) and change management to various clients leveraging her global experience with EPR models nationally – British Columbia and Internationally– Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, among others.
