George Cutler
George Cutler is the author of “One of Them: Real Life Poetry”. George retired early from the Electrical industry, eager to fill his desires to explore different opportunities to keep busy and interested in life itself. He started doing stand-up comedy at the end of his electrical career and when he did retire, he expanded into clowning. He performed at children’s parties and developed an act called Pantomime Magic, which he performed in adult care facilities. He also took an adult education Poetry class, where he wrote “real life” poems about his own life and his beliefs. Many of those poems are included in his book. George went on to write many one-act plays, acted in and directed other people’s plays, and directed several Long Island NY cable TV shows. George recently became interested in photography and has won medals and plaques in his first year of photography competition.
