Allyson Apsey
Allyson Apsey is an award-winning educational leader. Her focus is on creating need-satisfying school environments for students AND staff where everyone feels seen and valued. She taught grades 3-8 before her calling and talents led her into leadership roles. She has served as a principal for all K-12 levels, as a state leader on the Michigan Elementary and Middle Schools Association, as a district leadership coach, and she is now an associate with Creative Leadership Solutions, working with schools and districts across the country to improve leadership and performance at every level from the classroom to the admin boardroom and everywhere in between. Allyson also writes an inspirational blog called “Serendipity in Education” and has penned several wonderful books that uplift and support youth and educators including her latest groundbreaking gem “Leading the Whole Teacher".
