Chef Alicia Shevetone is a pop-up chef, cookbook author, television personality, and creator of Dink Cuisine, a food and entertainment organization that curates culinary experiences across print, digital, social, and live media. Renowned across Las Vegas for her wildly popular “Appy Hour” events, Chef Alicia is partnering with SAHARA Las Vegas for a pop-up series that will pairs a variety of spirits with her delectable bites. Her cooking show, Sin City Kitchen, streams on the Hey Vegas channel via Roku, Amazon FireTV, and Apple TV and is available in over 30 countries. Chef Alicia has been a regular on Fox 5’s MORE Show, Southern Nevada’s highest rated daily lifestyle show, since the spring of 2021. A freelance writer that has been featured by esteemed organizations such as Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global, Chef Alicia leverages her 20+-year career as a C-Suite executive to connect with audiences in an engaging and light-hearted manner. Chef Alicia holds a B.A. in English from Santa Clara University and a Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School. Her published cookbooks include Italian Cookbook for Two and Vegetarian Ketogenic Cookbook for Beginners.
