Caroline Fausel is the Founder and CEO of Olive You Whole. She is dedicated to empowering you to build a healthy, connected, and intentional life that fulfills your greatest purpose. She has created hundreds of healthy recipes and resources on her blog, has a cookbook called "Prep, Cook, Freeze," and is the host of the Olive You Whole podcast. She leads a healthy, intentional, toxic-free lifestyle, and helps you to do the same. Caroline lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband Chaz and her two kiddos Ella and Owen.
