Joanna Euraque
JoAnna Euraque is a professional Pastry Chef and recipe developer with a background in Hospitality Management. A Metro-New Orleans area native, she attended and graduated from the Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She turned her passion of baking with her grandmother into a full time career. JoAnna is passionate about creating gourmet desserts, such as her Signature Cheesecakes. She bakes every single item with love for her each one of her customers, who she refers to as her Batterina Family. JoAnna loves to give back to the community and support other local entrepreneurs. She is the Owner and Executive Pastry Chef of The Batterina that started in a simple 1 bedroom apartment and has now expanded into a bakery that will be opening by the end of 2022. JoAnna says that, 'you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Never ever give up on yourself. You CAN do it, no matter what anyone else says".
