Dr. Robert Sinclair
I am a Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Clemson University as well as the director of the doctoral program in the Department of Psychology. I am a founding member and Past-President of the Society for Occupational Health Psychology. I also am a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I currently serve as Founding Editor-in-Chief of Occupational Health Science, Associate Editor of the Journal of Business and Psychology, and an editorial board member for the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, and the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. My research focuses on occupational health including health-related aspects of organizational climate, economic stress, and the employment relationship.
