Amy Chambers

Amy Chambers has 21 years of experience in financial services and spent 15 years in leadership. At 28, she was managing 260 people for a large commercial bank. She’s held numerous District Manager and Regional Director roles, and became a Chief Operating Officer at 36. Always having been obsessed with leadership, Amy became a coach, consultant, speaker, and author in 2021 to share her messages with the greater world. Amy has led hundreds of people to success. She’s worked with and for every kind of leader imaginable, and after 2 decades of observing, studying, coaching, and mentoring others, she developed a framework of 7 principles (the 7 V.I.R.T.U.E.S.) that transform culture, engage people, and deliver results- every time. Amy holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from USC. Amy’s #1 passion outside of leadership is running. In just the past 7 years, she’s run over 200 half marathons, 11 full marathons, and numerous other races, totaling over 12,000 miles. She also became an avid skier- something she was once deathly afraid to do. Amy is a long-time cyclist, rollerblader, tennis player, and photographer. Find her online at: https://amymchambers.com/
