As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Ann Dillard is passionate about instilling hope and empowering individuals to live their best lives. She operates a thriving private practice in Decatur, GA where she offers mental health services to teens and their families. In her clinical work she addresses issues with; trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. A significant part of her work is hosting conversation circles where she helps women of all ages to navigate challenges in their mother/daughter relationships. She also appears regularly on radio, tv, and podcast programs discussing the challenges and triumphs of recognizing, repairing, and building healthy mother/daughter relationships. She has created many products and tool to help mothers and daughters, as well as authored several books and other publications. Thus she is known as The Mother-Daughter Healer. ?In her global work, Ann Dillard founded the non-profit organization Project Safety Nets, whose mission is to create sustainable living in developing communities through education, health, and economic development. Project Safety Nets has served Senegal and surrounding countries in West Africa for over 15 years.   In 2022 Ann led a team of eight Brainspotting practitioners, with lead trainer John Edwards, to deliver the Brainspotting Phase 1 training to twenty-five individuals in Senegal, West Africa. She is a certified Brainspotting therapist and consultant in training.
