Donna McMillen
Donna McMillen is a strategic and tactical HR professional with 25 years of recruiting and HR experience. She has held positions ranging from a temporary employee agency manager to retained executive recruiter to HR Director. Donna holds a BA in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University as well as several senior level HR certifications including the SPHR and SHRM-SCP. A love for helping people and for everything HR keeps her on an ever-evolving learning path. Her most recent certifications are in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace and one on developing compensation plans. Throughout her career, recruiting has always been at the forefront.
