Veronica Rodriguez
Veronica Rodriguez, PHR, SHRM-SCP has over 24 years of experience as an HR professional and over 15 years in leadership working with diverse industries that include but are not limited to, security, non-profit, education, and banking. She attended San Jose State University where she obtained her bachelor's with a double major in Anthropology and Behavior Science and continued into her graduate studies in Applied Anthropology. Veronica is currently the SVP, Head of HR & Diversity Officer for Sterling Bank & Trust, FSB where she has been a key member of the executive leadership team in transforming and aligning the HR function to meet the goals of the Bank. As an HR leader, Veronica has experience in bringing systems into the HR function to digitize and automate the people information and leverage the technology for recruitment, payroll, performance management, and people analytics.
