Jon Freeman
Jon Freeman is a certified master trainer and thought leader in the Graves development theory (aka Spiral Dynamics) and a Deep Change master trainer in emotional and spiritual intelligence. His extensive training and experience in facilitating values-based cultural change, coaching, and mentoring make him a true expert in his field. He has authored three highly acclaimed books on various aspects of human futures and has made significant contributions to other publications. Jon was a founding director of the UK Chapter of the Conscious Capitalism movement and a founding member of the UK Values Alliance. He has over three decades of experience working with renowned organizations such as BAA, Vodafone, O2, Philips, Shell and Danske Bank, either independently or more recently as a director of the Future Considerations consultancy.
