Kathryn Jackson

Kathryn Jackson is an Entrepreneur, Speaker & Business Strategist. Kathryn is most proud of opening Deja Hue Art Studio (www.dejahueart.com) in October of 2015. She left a 6 figure, 20-year career in HR Career to open an art studio with no artistic ability whatsoever. She served as the lead mentor in a business incubator program for 5 years. She helped her clients transition from Corporate America to successful business ownership, by creating a plan to grow their business year over year. She has helped no less than 10 artists create their own paint and sip business under the Deja Hue Art umbrella. She is the Author of the book, Just Because You Know It, Doesn’t Make It Right: How to Paint a Prettier Picture for Your Life and Your Business. Kathryn is now on a mission to provide hope and healing to black women who suffer from workplace trauma due to racism and microaggressions in corporate cultures. Through her workshop, she teaches women how to create their own personal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for their life and business/careers, so that they can show up Powerfully in every arena. She believes when you value who you are and develop clear standards, you can confidently decide whether people, places or things in your life are serving you in a positive way and create a plan to move forward with peace of mind. She offers workshops to Corporate DEI Employee Resource Groups and various associations at conferences across the United States.
