Holly Harris
Holly Harris is the Director of Education for the Dottie Rose Foundation. She’s a graduate of Pfeiffer University and has been teaching and coaching for nearly 20 years as a Career Development Facilitator, Curriculum Instructional Coach, and Instructional Management Coordinator. Holly started her career in her hometown, teaching at Thomasville High School. Since then she has taught at a middle and high school for juvenile youth offenders in Kentucky, was a teacher leader in the 8th and 9th grade Academy in Roanoke Rapids, NC and has spent nine years in Cabarrus County Schools as a Work-Based Learning Coordinator and Academy Coordinator. Currently as the Director of Education for the Dottie Rose Foundation, Holly plays a key role in closing the gender gap for females in computer sciences. Through camps focusing on arts, tech, robotics, and coding, she empowers young girls to explore and excel in the world of technology and is leading an Artificial Intelligence Teacher Cohort.
