With a passion for promoting gender equality in the tech industry, she currently serves As the Education Manager at the Dottie Rose Foundation, focusing on empowering females in computer sciences through arts, tech, robotics, and coding programs.Ivanna plays a key role in closing the gender gap for females in computer sciences. Through camps and programming she empowers young girls to explore and excel in the world of technology. With a Bachelor's degree in Software Information Systems with a concentration in Web Development and a minor in Mathematics and a Masters in Teaching Technology Engineering Secondary Education. With her passion for promoting computer science education and her exceptional skills as an educator and IT Consultant, Ivanna A. Gutierrez continues to make a significant impact on the future of technology and the empowerment of young minds.
