With over two decades experience in People & Culture trends and technologies, Aaron Green is incredibly passionate about the practice of human experience management (HXM) and how organizations can deliver increased talent engagement as a lever to drive organizational outcomes. Aaron is currently the Chief Marketing & Solutions Officer, SAP SuccessFactors, a organization with over 200 million users worldwide, providing cloud software solutions to care for the needs of employees. In this role, Aaron is responsible for driving solution management and product marketing for HXM. Prior to SAP, Aaron held positions at Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lexmark, Logitech and Sun Microsystems, working across Australia, the US, China, Germany and Switzerland.
