Daphne Paras
Daphne leads people by igniting the fire within them. She has found great satisfaction in facilitating corporate and private workshops, as well as one-on-one coaching. She excels at holding space and guiding people deep into the wisdom of their bodies, where she believes the magic happens. Daphne leads by example, often citing she is both the teacher and the student, always on a mission to learn and expand more. She has learned how to go deeper within herself, and in turn take others deeper using tools such as breathwork, meditation, and a variety of guided practices. She is passionate about helping women identify where trauma lives in the body and using pathways to clear and heal it. Her journey led her to design and invent The Seeker, a sacred self-exploration and pleasure tool. She is on a mission to remove the shame and guilt and normalize open conversation and communication around sexuality. As well as inspire living in pleasure! Daphne facilitates workshops around empowerment, reclaiming your voice, sexuality, and returning to your authentic self. One of her favorite experiences for helping people be fully present in their bodies is Firewalking. Her work as a firewalk Master allows her to certify instructors and facilitate workshops guiding people into their fears and across 1800 degree coals.
