Emily Hartstone, Founder & CEO of From the Hart Management LLC, is an Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker, and catalyst of meetings and events. Emily has dedicated her career to helping organizations and professionals achieve their financial goals, and motivating individuals to break through personal barriers. She started her professional journey as an event and sales manager working for several well-known companies. She successfully organized the inaugural conference for a prominent Fortune 500 fitness company and efficiently managed their annual summit and global conference. In 2016, she joined Magellan Management as their Director of Events, and her hard work and dedication paid off as she climbed the ranks. Magellan Management primarily focused on non-profit and trade organizations, but over the next three years, Emily successfully transformed it into a full-service management and events firm. She took charge of operations and commercial growth and played a crucial role in establishing and implementing strategic objectives. After receiving industry recognition for her efforts, she was promoted to vice president in 2020. This promotion came after she successfully completed her qualifications in NANOE’s CNE, CDE, and CNC. Emily took the leap of faith into entrepreneurship in 2022 after working in corporate America for over a decade. She founded From the Hart Management, LLC, a multi-level association and business management organization, focusing on strategic planning.
