Megan Marie Butler
Megan Marie Butler brings together over 15 years of professional business and nearly ten years in post-secondary education into her work at Rizing. As a Future of Work Strategist, Megan gets work on a variety of unique and interesting projects. This includes building the Rizing People Analytics Maturity Assessment (PAMA), which helps clients understand their level of analytics maturity and helps develop a roadmap to success. Megan supports clients on different projects, from change management to talent strategy to product reviews. Megan is also in the last year of her PhD, which has been looking at advancing HR management practices using Artificial Intelligence (AI). This work includes understanding the socio-technical processes that occur in organizations that allow for or block the adoption of AI and other technology and innovations. Her unique perspective brings highlights the latest in academic thinking and how we can use theory to help improve practical business outcomes.
