Shobana Kataria
Shobana Kataria, a entrepreneur with a quarter-century running an IT business, sensed a deeper purpose beyond mere profitability and growth. Unveiling profound realizations about societal inequality and environmental degradation, she embarked on a transformative journey. Shobana seamlessly intertwines her cultural roots in India and her roles as a business woman, naturopath, herbalist, acupuncturist, and energy healer with her profound expertise in cultivating new paradigm thinking. Today she also works with indigenous people’s rights through her work with the Mother Earth Delegation and their Land Back scheme. As well as helping her friend to build a learning centre for the Teiku Community in Columbia. Shobana invites us to scrutinize the narratives shaping our journey, encouraging introspection on the stories we have told ourselves to reach this point and explore how we can create a world that works for everyone. Shobana urges us to address the critical question: ” “What’s mine to do in these times of radical change?” and explores the profound impact each individual can have in shaping a future in right relationship with all life. Shobana emphasizes the role of business in service to the whole as the true purpose of each business. Her holistic approach encompasses not only business but also our individual and collective relationship with the planet, prompting a paradigm shift that aligns our actions with our deep desire of leaving a legacy for future generations.
