Leslie M. Grigg

Leslie M Grigg is the co-founder of the Grigg Tater Tots Legacy Foundation. He took a course in high school in Boise, Idaho, titled Money and Banking. This course prepared him to accept an offer to be a stockbroker for E F Hutton and Company after completion of an LDS Church mission and BA in History from Brigham Young University. Leslie found his passion in the financial markets and never thought he would do anything else in life. In October 2018 he received a call from a CBS Monday Morning director. Leslie assisted CBS in providing the history for “In Praise of Tater Tots”, which aired on November 18, 2018. Leslie realized his legacy was something that needed his passion. In June of 2022 the ”Holey Board”, the most important historical artifact of this iconic food, was made available for the first time in the public venue. This event helped Leslie to kick-start his passion to promote and preserve his family legacy.
