Renee Balcom
Renee Balcom is the founder and creator of Scroll Care, an app that will serve as a gateway to vetted regional providers of health care services. Scroll Care has been a dream project for Renee for several years. After working for over a decade as a professional healthcare advocate, it became apparent to Renee that the world needs a solution to weed out the bad actors in the business of healthcare. The consumer needs to be educated and empowered in making critical care decisions for themselves and their loved ones. In February 2024, Scroll Care will launch a Beta Test for the app in the Sacramento California region and will scale the app nationally by the end of 2024.
