As Operations Manager and Health Care Advocate with Renee & Company, Joy brings her years in business management and lessons learned from personal medical battles to fuel her desire to contribute to this project. Being a healthcare advocate has been a deeply meaningful and amazing experience for her, knowing the focus for Renee & Company is to help their clients look out for their best interest, while easing stress and worry from their loved ones. A highlight of her position with Renne and Company has been to be part of the development team for the Scroll Care application. This app will provide a source of direction, information, and education for its users, helping to guide them with tools to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare providers and the options available.
