She provides consultation services in business strategy & operational planning; operational design, optimization, and implementation; people and change management; accreditation planning; business evaluation; and business analytics and measurement. As a seasoned management executive, she has strategically planned, coordinated, and executed many business initiatives and programs with a consistent track record of introducing innovative approaches to improving organizational stability, efficiency, and success. She is acknowledged for having an empowering leadership style that successfully supports building and retaining high-performance teams and developing new leaders by nurturing leadership qualities.
