Lizabeth Olszewski
Lizabeth Olszewski is a coach, an author, and founder of a local charity that helps children of families affected by parental addiction. Liz Olszewski helps individuals and groups discover their passions to live their purpose. Liz draws inspiration from her childhood challenges with alcoholic parents. A short film, "Without Wings," was made about the founding and success of the charity which made it to the Palm Beach & International Film Festivals and aired on PBS. She’s been interviewed by MSNBC Morning Joe and been featured in Women’s World Magazine in 2023. She’s the Founder and Executive Director of Horses Healing Hearts (HHH) in South East Florida. The only program of its kind, HHH helps children from families affected by parental addiction. HHH has helped over 600 families and 10,000 individuals in the last decade. Liz has been an advocate to a Congressional Task Force on behalf of children of parental addiction and has addressed many other issues regarding family addiction. Lizabeth has been published in almost 20 magazines & newspapers in the last 14 years regarding her efforts to help children through horses.
