Shell Mendelson

Shell Mendelson can relate. She has ADHD, too. With a master’s in counseling and emphasis on career, Shell Mendelson has helped more than 700 people over the past 30 years. She has also experienced her fair share of career changes. In her 20s, Shell had a string of unsuccessful secretary jobs, which helped her realize that her strengths in shorthand didn’t mean she was fit for administrative work. Once Shell found her real life’s work over 35 years ago, she has never looked back. Her work is synonymous with joy, and Shell will likely never “retire.” She wants that for everyone. And with ADHD, it is absolutely imperative that we make a choice that reflects that joyful experience for the majority of our work day. As an entrepreneur, Shell Mendelson founded a successful, international children’s art franchise, KidzArt, and loves helping other entrepreneurs build a business from the ground up. ADHD adults are often entrepreneurial and yearn to create work life options that tap into this creative nature. Shell truly thrives on helping entrepreneurs, business executives and business owners explore options and/or continue to grow and clearly define his/her/their next steps to do so. Having found her life’s work, Shell loves what she does and transmits that joy, support and commitment to each client she works with. Allow Shell Mendelson to lead you to a successful work life outcome as well.
