Eric Feldman
I have been blessed in my career to have gained experience at all levels of local and federal law enforcement over the last 27 years. I started in 1997 as a Border Patrol Agent and then left to become a Special Agent with US Customs now Homeland Security Investigations. I served in multiple assignments ranging from SWAT Commander to various supervisory special agent posts such as the head of the DHS Cyber Crimes Center, Assistant Director in charge of all use of force equipment, tactics, training, and policy and ultimately serving as the Attaché in London in charge of agency efforts in the UK, Ireland, and Iceland. I have worked with members of congress and parliament, given numerous television and print interviews and most importantly helped to recruit, train and mentor the next generation of crime fighters and leaders. Today, I serve as the Chief of Police for a mid-sized police department on the Florida coast, where I tackle today’s law enforcement issues as it relates to applying 21st century policing principles to modern policing. My greatest satisfaction now comes from giving back. I believe my greatest strength professionally has been my ability to mentor and train future law enforcement leaders and I am involved now in both coaching and consulting in executive leadership in both law enforcement and corporate environments.
