Olivia Dunn
Olivia Dunn is ADP’s Supplier Diversity Procurement Manager within the Global Procurement Organization. She works to ensure that small and diverse businesses are included in ADP’s overall supply chain. This includes engagement with stakeholders to drive the inclusion of diverse suppliers in their strategies, education on the importance of Supplier Diversity both internally and externally, as well as mentorship and capacity building with small and diverse business owners. Ms. Dunn joined ADP from Merck & Co. and worked for four years in Global Procurement as a Senior Supplier Diversity Specialist. While supporting Merck’s Global Procurement organization, she was responsible for the Tier I and Tier II global diverse spend goal setting, report out and day to day management, as well as leading the organization’s Tier II Program. Ms. Dunn launched a pilot supplier development program for diverse suppliers at Merck and participated in both internal and external speaking engagements to provide education around supplier diversity. Before that, she worked for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council’s Regional Partner Organization, WBEC Metro, as their Program Manager, certifying women-owned businesses across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Ms. Dunn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society, Environmental Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey and holds a Master of Philosophy in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
