Donna Kayarian-Chiacchia is the Founder and CEO of 1 Advantage Consulting. Donna’s transition from the performing arts to corporate to entrepreneur spans a horizon riddled with trials and triumphs. Where many would aspire to (Merril Lynch), she began her career as a customer service rep. Corporate life in NYC was fun but growing restless for a “better way”, Donna ventured out to management consulting, and eventually to her own practice in 1993. From a Macintosh SE30 to the newest AI technology, Donna seeks out whatever it takes to disrupt the status quo with dignity and respect to client traditions.
