Ron Kaiser

Ron Kaiser, Ph.D., is Chief Immersion Officer for BetterAge, a company whose mission it is to improve the health and well-being of older adults. Dr. Kaiser is a positive health psychologist, coach, author, and keynote and TEDx speaker. For six decades, he has helped individuals of all ages overcome emotional issues and proactively develop mindsets and behavior patterns that are wellness-focused. An innovator in the field of positive psychology, Ron has created the concepts of Goal-Achieving Psychology (GAP), The Type P Personality, and “REJUVENAGING®: The Art and Science of Growing Older with Enthusiasm” (which is also the name of his latest book). For 25 years, he was Director of Psychology at the renowned Jefferson Headache Center at Thomas Jefferson University, where he was a Clinical associate Professor of Neurology and remains an honorary member of the faculty. The major focus of his work currently is the field of active aging. His unique approach encourages people to start growing old early by developing life-long healthy habits that strengthen their bodies, brains, and social connections. His TEDx Talk has been viewed over 175,000 times and his podcast recently posted its 150th episode.
