After 20+ years in the food/pet food manufacturing business, Trudie transitioned to Volato, Inc., a private aviation company, started by Matt Liotta and Nicolas Cooper. Volato has grown from 1 employee to 287 in 3 years and recently went public on the NYSE. Assisting growing companies with systems, processes and building a culture of respect continues to be the passion that drives Trudie.
