Brianne Kroupa
Brianne started her professional career in the quilting industry, working with quilt shops, consulting, and owning her own quilting business. Her love of sewing and creativity was what lead her to these roles. Her at the time fiancé now husband was a pilot and introduced her to general aviation, through that experience she found the aviation industry. Specifically wanting to be an air traffic controller Brianne changed career paths. She obtained her private pilot certificate along with her dispatch certificate. While waiting for the FAA she was offered a role as an operation specialist for a private jet company. Eagerly accepting a rare work from home operations role, she learned and helped build an operation team. The FAA did end up calling and offering an opportunity to be an air traffic controller, she decided to turn it down and stay in the world of aircraft operations. Currently Brianne works at Volato managing the OCC team, which she built from 3 people to 20. She is also very active at her church, has a loving Australian Shepherd named Amelia and loves helping anyone she can learn more about the aviation industry.
