Gerald Homme
Gerald Homme has worked for Bender Consulting Services for over 15 years, supporting its talent acquisition and technology teams. He has expertise in interviewing candidates with disabilities and preparing them for success in the world of work. Mr. Homme also supports both internal technology at Bender as well as helping to lead projects in digital accessibility. He is the product manager of Bender’s Careers2B program and the Bender Virtual Career Fair. He is a member of NTID’s Employer Advisory Group, and the PA Rev Up Coalition. As a person with Dysgraphia and Dyslexia, as well as mental health disabilities, Mr. Homme remains an advocate for individuals with disabilities to gain access to completive employment.
